By placing an order with NS Spicer you agree to our standard B2B export terms. All quoted prices are FOB Mundra unless agreed otherwise. Minimum order quantities apply per SKU; refer to your assigned account manager.

Call for ClarificationPrivacy Policy
We collect only the business contact details required to process your enquiry and shipment. Information is never sold or shared with third parties outside of customs and shipping partners.
Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are FSSAI labelled and packed to retail standard. Lead times range from 18-35 days depending on destination and load type. Trackable shipping documents are shared on dispatch.
Returns & Replacements
In the rare event of damaged stock on arrival, we replace the affected cartons on the next consolidated shipment, subject to photographic proof within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Assurance
Every batch is checked against FSSAI norms. Certificates of Analysis are available on request for spices, rice and ready-to-eat products.
